Quality is our #1 goal and mission. We strive to deliver a quality product each and every time as we greatly appreciate your business. We value and adore our relationship with all of our customers. However, If you deemed the item/product as unusable please contact us immediately as we will help to accommodate. Due to our product being raw hair normally a simple wash and condition will be the solution. However, if the customer still considers the product as defective. Please, send back within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will exchange as long as the item(s) has not been heat-treated, colored, cut, worn, or chemically altered.
Processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. Due to this, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to the product, refunds, cancellations, shipment methods, addresses, etc.
Order Error/Sent incorrect item:
Dreamy Tress takes pride and goes through multiple checkpoints to ensure customers are sent the correct item the first time. However, if an error was to occur and the customer is advised to complete a return request by one of our agents. You must return within 7 days of receipt to qualify to receive an exchange. Damages must not be done to the product/item. Any return request not received within the time period will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging and in “resalable condition”. The product cannot be altered in any form. This includes, but is not limited to worn, washed, brushed, combed, cut, heat/styling tools, colored, and or chemically processed. (Original seals must remain intact as it was received by the client). As a suggestion, all returns to be sent back to us from a trackable parcel carrier with a signature required. We are not responsible for lost parcels in transit.
